The System

Diagnose. Install. Run. Scale.

Every engagement enters the same managed operating system. The Diagnostic tells you where the practice stands. The system installs the infrastructure, runs the authority layer, or runs the full pipeline — depending on where the practice needs to start.

No discovery calls. No proposals. No custom scoping. The Diagnostic routes. The system runs.

01

Diagnose.

Commercial Readiness Diagnostic — free

Score the practice across seven dimensions that predict retainer revenue. The diagnostic names the three highest-priority fixes and recommends the paid path that fits — if any. 10 minutes. Scored report in 48 hours. No sales call.

02

Install.

Commercial Infrastructure Sprint — $3,500 flat

Two weeks, fully async. Five deliverables the practice owns outright: niche and differentiation brief, ICP profile, offer clarity document, positioning stack, and commercial readiness scorecard baseline. No retainer required.

03

Run the authority layer.

Authority Engine — $2,750 / month

Eight posts a month published from the practitioner's account. One proof asset. One partner-channel touchpoint. Monthly Commercial Visibility Report. Fully managed — client effort after onboarding is about 10 minutes a month.

04

Run the full pipeline.

Pipeline Engine — $5,500 / month

Everything in Authority Engine, plus 100–150 targeted ICP connections a month, every DM managed in the practitioner's voice, and warm leads handed off with context. Weekly Pipeline Digest. The practitioner shows up to the meeting and closes.

How we run engagements.

Every engagement uses the same managed operating system. The founder is the practitioner on every engagement. No account managers, no strategists three layers removed from the work.

Founder-led judgment.

Eric runs the positioning, voice profile, and strategic calls on every engagement. The managed system uses Claude for research and drafting, HeyReach for LinkedIn scheduling, Apollo for targeting, and Notion for delivery.

One buyer type.

ClearPoint serves experienced fractional CFOs. The system is built for that market. No dentist playbooks. No generic agency templates.

Productized, not bespoke.

Every tier has defined scope, defined deliverables, and defined pricing. The Sprint costs $3,500 and hands the practice assets it can run with or without ClearPoint. That's the design.

Asset ownership.

Every deliverable produced during the engagement is owned by the practitioner. If you cancel, you keep everything — voice profile, content archive, proof library, target account list, Sprint deliverables.

The sequencing question.

Pipeline Engine works on any credible LinkedIn profile. But it works better on a profile that has 3–4 months of active content behind it. Clients who layer Pipeline Engine on top of an established Authority Engine see materially higher connection acceptance and reply rates — the profile looks like an active operator, not a dormant resume.

This is why the Diagnostic sometimes recommends Authority Engine first, even when the practitioner is ready to run outreach. The sequencing matters.

Skipping the Sprint?

Direct entry to Authority Engine or Pipeline Engine is available with a one-time $2,500 onboarding fee. This covers the condensed positioning and voice profile work required before the Engine tiers can run. Sprint does the same work more thoroughly and costs $1,000 more — the Diagnostic will tell you which entry point actually fits.

Start with the Diagnostic.

The Commercial Readiness Diagnostic scores seven dimensions and recommends a single paid path with reasoning. It is the entry point for every engagement.
